Cancellations – Within 24 Hours Only
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- After 24 hours, your order enters production and becomes non-refundable and non-editable.

Non-Returnable Scenarios
- Change of mind after the 24-hour grace period
- Measurement or sizing issues (please use our guides or consult our team before ordering)
- Aesthetic preferences (e.g., color tones, texture variations)
- Minor imperfections due to handcrafted nature
- Shipping delays under 30 days
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 10 business days.
- In most approved cases, store credit is preferred over monetary refunds.
Gifts & Credit Notes
- If marked as a gift, approved returns will generate a gift certificate.
- If gifted via a third party, eligible refunds go to the original purchaser.
